Credit Destroyer!

The interest is absolutely ridiculous but to add insult to injury after paying on this card for the past 7 years they started doing random audits of accounts to drop the credit limits. ?It's not enough that I've paid a small fortune in interest over the 7 years but when I made a large payment to reduce my balance from $5500 to $3500 they dropped my credit line to $3800. ?As frustrated as I was, because of the significant negative impact that had on my credit since it is largely based off of available credit, they did it again! ?A month and a half later I get my balance down to less than $500 and they drop my credit line down to $800. ?Once again another major impact on my credit score! ?Once I close on my mortgage loan in the next 30 days I will pay off the remainder and close it out permanently. ?The customer service is absolutely horrible as well!! ?The lack of knowledge about their job astounds me! ?I wish you could give zero stars!

Worst card ever! No worth it.

THis company is the greediest company I have ever seen. They are like loan sharks!! They have very high interest rates, and even if you pay on time and even more that the due amount, the balance does not go down. I have a credit limit of $8,000 and charged $4,200 over a year ago for a cosmetic procedure but despite making $187/month, my balance only went down by $700 so far (in 16 months). This year alone, they have charged me over $500 in interest (in 8 months - it's only August). I had to break down and just paid them off the $3,556 balance I had. I never want to charge anything else to this card again. It's awful!!!! Do not get it

My credit went from a excellent to FAIR after applying and getting a loan to fix my teeth. The card was easy to get. I set up my bank account (to make automatic PAYMENTS) .so the loan would be paid off within 12 months, hopefully, so there will be no interest. The whole 24.9% interest the complete balance would due if you don't fully pay the balance with the 12-24 months promotional period. They only give you a little more credit than you borrow so the card gets reported as a 60%-80% usage to the credit agencies. You would better off using a different credit card. If you plan on buying a house or car in the next 12- 18 months find a different way to pay for your medical needs.
Avoid at all Costs!

Buyer beware! The application process and approval process is pretty simple and straightforward. I had a balance that was being paid off in April, and then another charge was added a few months later. CC split the payments so that each of the balances weren't paid off. Supposedly they were sending me statements via email, but I never received one. I ended up paying more than 150% of my original balances and would have kept paying had I not seen this open account on Credit Karma. They will rack up interest charges on you, then rack up additional interest on the interest charges. When I tried to call customer service, they were most unhelpful to the point of being rude. This is a card I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy!
Great Card

Acquired this card May of 2015. Put a $900 charge and paid it off before interest free period kicked in. Credit limit at the time was $4,800. Asked for a CLI a month ago and got $6000 more. I have a BK from 2012 and scores in the mid 600s.?
Disappointed

I got this card over a year ago. I have used about 35% of the credit limit. I initially got it to help pay for a surgery, about 4 months later I paid off half of my balance, since then I have been making monthly payments and try to keep the limit usage around 30-35%. I am having dental work done and was hoping for a CLI so that I can get it done without using all of my credit limit and maxing it out. After all ontime payments and an overall decent credit, even owning my own home (i have a lot of equity), they denied me. I am going to pay it off and just leave it as it is! What a disappointment.

Horrible Customer Service

Do not use them, they have horrible customer service and cannot help you with the simplest questions. Use someone else instead to make your life easier.

Applied and was instantly approved for what I asked for. Needed more dental work done at a later date. I thought great, I'll have it when I decide and am able to use it. Time my surprise today, it was cancelled because I never used the money!!! Causing a negative report on my credit of 746!! I am beyond words! So if you get one, you better start using it!
Approved for 6k!!!
Credit Karma Member
I haven't used it yet and was skeptical at first to apply because of the negative reviews. I went ahead and gave it a try and with a FICO score of 619, I was approved for $6k instantly. I only needed 3k but requested 5k. It was a hard pull inquiry which makes 2 as of now for me. I will update on my further experience after I take care of my son's orthodontist bill!
